Posting all the facility not matched and nobody take responsibility or arrangements. I need to pay transportation from my own pocket and spend a lot of time to arrive hotel.unexpected

It was not communicated ahead of time that we needed to reserve the airport shuttle 24 hours before arrival.
It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. I was thoroughly impressed. The complimentary breakfast was nice, as well!
The hotel is conveniently located not far from Pudong Airport, though it still takes about 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. Overall, the hotel was in good condition and clean.
I arrived at 11:00 PM after a long day of work and travel, only to find that there was no food, drinks, or even ice available. Nothing was offered, and the staff, like in many hotels in China, had difficulty speaking or understanding English. The walls of the rooms were thin, so you could hear a lot of noise, especially in the morning, as the hotel was full of children, which makes sense since it's close to Disney World. All in all not worthy of a 5 star level accomodation.

Facility looks clean and new. Bed sheets and bath towels are very comfortable. Hot water from shower is stable. Buffet breakfast is wonderful. Vegetables are fresh, three types of butter for toast, choices of cheese and ham.
Some staff understand English, but some totally don’t. The first night we arrived, we had a late dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. We ordered beers but staff didn’t bring them for a while. We reminded the staff but they seemed they didn’t understand English. It took time to get the beers.
